It was in a central setting to Achill bridge. The staff were all very friendly, which was unquestionably a plus. The room was beautifully presented and brilliant, the bed was comfortable.

Had an excellent stay out of town. The best thing was how outstandingly accommodating the staff were. The rooms were impeccably clean with good Wi-Fi. The location couldn't be more particularly good and gorgeous near everything. Moreover, it's just next door to a beautiful island, all the attractions and the sea. Really enjoyed our stay...

Lovely Stay with Stunning Views

I recently stayed at Achill Lodge for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful experience. The B&B is conveniently located in the village of Bunacurry and offers breathtaking views. The property was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

This meant we had to drive back to Achill Sound to withdraw cash before settling the bill. However, despite this inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Achill Lodge for its beautiful location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

They were happy to give us recommendations on the local area and made us feel very welcome. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the dining room had a fantastic view. Our room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. the communal areas were well-cared-for, and we appreciated the attention to detail and interesting decor.

We did experience some noise in the mornings as our room was located near the dining room. this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract significantly from our overall positive experience.
